I am David Lafuente (Gijon, 1982), a Spanish-born comic book creator and illustrator known for my work on books such as Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book.

I first broke into the US comic industry in 2008 drawing the sleeper hit miniseries Patsy Walker: Hellcat written by Kathryn Immonen. I then relaunched Ultimate Spider-Man with Brian Michael Bendis. My recent books include Spider-Ham, Superman, Harley Quinn and the Image series, Radiant Red.

In between 2022 and 2023 I worked on the video-game Planet Atmos as concept and story-board artist. In 2024 I co-created and launched the new ongoing series Sinister Sons published by DC Comics.
